We have been SO blessed to have so many wonderful friends here in Houston. Unfortunately we are all in a very transitional period of our lives and we know that we won't be here forever. Our good friends, the Painters, are moving this coming weekend so we had a big goodbye bbq this weekend. These guys were our hurricane buddies...we practically lived at their house for a few days while we were moving our things into a new apartment. Our kids played together well and I know Allie is going to be sad that she won't be able to play with little miss Lily and big brother Zach anymore. We wish them the best of luck in their BIG adventures to come!

sniff, sniff! Oh my gosh. You guys just don't know how much we will miss YOU too! I am counting on EVERYONE deciding they want to come do a church history extravaganza...our place is open!:)
When did Allie turn into a BIG little girl? I swear she looks like she's grown a bunch and her hair is way longer. She looks so precious.
